Eagle Realty Group

• Coordinated the development of Eagle’s 2011 strategic business plan, working with department leaders to coordinate strategic goals and initiatives. Conducted both quantitative and qualitative analysis of both Eagle and the real estate market.
• Analyzed and calculated the GAAP impact of multiple potential real estate investments on the enterprise given recent changes to accounting rules.
• Prepared an analysis of Eagle’s historical fee revenue and presented a three year forecast with potential future real estate investments to the President of Eagle Realty Group and the CFO of Western and Southern Financial Group.
• Evaluated and recommended improvements with respect to a new lease tracking system for use by the facilities management group.

Western & Southern Agency

• Participated in a company-wide effort to redesign and improve the sales and management techniques employed by the Western & Southern Agency field force.
• Conducted numerous interviews with field managers to identify management best practices and areas for improvement.
• Produced a franchise model for “Effective Management” which has been implemented and is used as a guide for management activities in all of Western & Southern Agency’s field offices.

Corporate Financial Planning

• Currently leading a cross-functional team with the task of installing a new business intelligence tool to provide enhanced analytical capabilities to Senior Management with respect to the Enterprise Business Report.

Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc.

• Designed and implemented a new cost allocation system
• Assisted in the development of the annual budget as well as the 5 year strategic plan
• Participated in various M&A research assignments

IFS Financial Services

• Performed extensive market research on the annuity industry
• Constructed a profitability analysis in an effort to determine the most profitable distribution channels for the firm
• Delivered recommendations to senior management regarding the future of the annuity industry as well as potential internal improvements

Western & Southern Financial Group – PROSPER (Process Redesign for Organizational Speed, Profit, and Expense Reduction)

• Participated in identifying synergies among the core business unit’s 2010 initiatives
• Assisted in the research and identification of an electronic application for the Columbus Life Insurance Company
• Researched and built a recommendation for the usage of electronic signatures across the enterprise
