Alliance Marketing – W&S Agency Group

• Provide strategic direction and daily management in order to grow and expand W&S Agency Group’s worksite marketing program; formulate and implement strategies to develop affinity marketing relationships and joint venture opportunities for Western & Southern Financial Group.
• Oversee the development of marketing programs and initiatives targeted at selected emerging markets such as multicultural groups and the women’s market.
• Responsible for the daily management of W&S Agency Group to provide our sales representatives access to third-party products, such as long-term care and disability coverage, which can be used to meet more of our customer’s needs.
