  • Identified advisor-friendly partners and developed field rollout plan for CAI’s trust company offering.
  • Developed a report on the feasibility and competitive implications of GIPS compliance on CAI’s investment management services.

W&S Agency Group

  • Worked with the marketing data warehouse team to develop a statistical analysis to prove and disprove theories about sales made to households with income levels below our target market; important topics included product mix, agent compensation, agent demographics, and product profitability in high lapse segments; presented findings in a half-day presentation to CEO and all of his direct reports followed by similar presentations to the president, sales officers, and marketing officers of W&S Agency Group.
  • Investigated the use of credit scores in life insurance underwriting; researched legal considerations, costs, and effects on profitability and sales; presented findings to the President of W&S Agency Group and his direct reports.
  • Developed a “meeting-in-a-box” with the AVP and manager of conservation for District Sales Managers to present to their agents; my portion of the presentation focused on specific examples of how setting up pre-authorized checking deductions could improve policy persistency and agent compensation; these efforts resulted in an immediate 10 percent improvement in percentage of accounts sold on PAC in the following month.
  • Led an effort to document a list of successful prospecting activities currently used in the field through office visits and district sales manager, sales manager, and agent interviews; developed a formal affinity relationship that resulted in a national alliance between W&S Agency Group and a national bridal store.

Western & Southern Financial Group – Affinity Marketing

  • Serve as the relationship manager between Western & Southern Financial Group and the Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati, Western & Southern’s first enterprise-wide affinity marketing arrangement.

Eagle Realty Group, LLC

  • Coordinated the production of Eagle’s Strategic Business Plan, performing market research, internal interviews, and financial analysis, and working with departmental leaders to develop strategies and goals.
  • Analyzed GAAP accounting impact of major refinancing transactions.
  • Formed observations and made recommendations to the President of Eagle Realty Group with respect to overall strategy and, specifically, to each business line.
