Worked across the organization and cross-functionally to coordinate resources, identify system/process improvements, resolve issues, and acquire all necessary approvals in order to fully execute the product launch according to plan.
Conducted a feasibility analysis on the Institutional Money Market Fund industry in order to determine whether or not Fort Washington Investment Advisors should further invest in this segment of its fixed income product portfolio.


Touchstone Investments (7 months)
Completed a research project that explored the feasibility of increasing investment in the retirement market through the development of a product-led strategy.
Assisted the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Marketing with multiple tasks related to the integration of the newly acquired mutual fund company, Constellation Funds Group.
Prepared recommendations and relevant exhibits for the Touchstone Board of Trustees regarding mergers, new launches, and other material changes to the company’s mutual fund product line-up.

Supported the new Assistant Vice President of Commercial Property Management during the division’s transition and reorganization.
Assisted the Acquisition team with analysis and due diligence for property purchases in conjunction with the company’s 1031 tax-deferred exchange strategy.
Led the preparation of Eagle Realty Group’s three-year strategic business plan through a coordinated effort and review with each department.

Researched prospecting/lead generation best practices in conjunction with a complete evaluation of Western-Southern Life’s home office and distribution channel capabilities and past experiences with similar programs.
Developed and presented a prospecting solution proposal to senior management with the ultimate goal of achieving successful, consistent, and sustainable prospecting activity in all distribution channels.
Launched a cross-functional team to create a detailed pilot implementation plan for a prospecting solution, which will be critical to ensuring future growth of annual revenue premium and assets owned and under management, while positively impacting retention of clients and agents.


Columbus Life Insurance Company (6 months)
Performed a thorough analysis and evaluation of Columbus Life Insurance Company’s field management/distribution business model to determine its long-term viability.
Presented distribution channel realignment recommendations to the President and senior team that will ensure a 20 percent annual growth rate in revenue premiums.
Served as a member of the Communications Best Practices/Synergy Team during the pre-close phase of the Western & Southern MHC/Lafayette Life MIHC merger.
Assisted the President and CEO of Columbus Life Insurance Company in multiple capacities during the merger process, including the creation of a merger Web site to communicate appropriate information to relevant constituencies.
