After successfully completing three years of rotational assignments throughout Western & Southern Financial Group’s family of companies, our Leadership Development Associates are promoted to officer-level positions. With solid academic MBA backgrounds and three years of strategic exposure to our businesses, our LDP Alumni are well prepared for their next level of financial services leadership within Western & Southern Financial Group.

How did your senior management mentor's guidance impact you as an LDP Associate?


"The senior management mentoring component is one of the most critical elements of the Leadership Development program at Western & Southern Financial Group. From the beginning of the program you have a member of Senior Management that is assigned to guide you through your development process at the company. This entails many elements including providing feedback on performance and areas for improvement, how to build successful relationships with key associates, and how to successfully position yourself for future growth in the organization. This is truly a unique feature of the Leadership Development Program and one that significantly enhances the overall value of the program. Even after the program ended I still find myself considering the advice I received from my mentor and leveraging that advice to guide decisions and actions today"
