How did your senior management mentor's guidance impact you as an LDP Associate?

I was most impressed by senior management's genuine commitment to the mentoring program. Larry Grypp, my senior manager, served as a constant sounding board to provide me with strategic direction and helpful advice. With his vast experience in the industry and personal network, Larry proved invaluable in helping me find my way around the organization and become acclimatized to the corporate culture. Our meetings always assisted me in reflecting upon the effectiveness of my decisions and the impact of my actions.
