Coordinate with Eagle’s four operating divisions (investment management, mortgage loan, multi-family management, and support department) to jointly develop a three-year strategic plan to continue the company’s growth trajectory.
Co-lead a $30 million tax equity investment in a California solar energy provider to gain a comprehensive understanding of the alternative energy industry, California Solar Initiative (CSI), and Investment Tax Credit (ITC).
Assist in analyzing a $15 million Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) B-Tranche investment to determine the suitability of this investment for the enterprise.
Upgrade the asset management’s property valuation model from an annual base to a quarterly base to provide more accurate valuation and enhanced prospective investors’ confidence on the value of underlying property.


Columbus Life Insurance Company (4 months)
Led the "Tri-Star" project, the long-term corporate strategic assessment exercise to improve Columbus Life’s overall competitiveness in the Producing General Agents (PGAs) market; the project had a two-prong approach: the first step was to evaluate and design an effective PGA compensation plan, and the second step was to lay out a strategic plan to enhance customer satisfaction on selective services.
Created and designed a computer modeling tool to measure the competitiveness of our current PGAs' compensation package and benchmark it with our competitors’; the tool also provided insight on our competitors’ customer segmentation and individual product pricing focus.


Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. (2 months)
Developed and designed the white papers for use in attracting the institutional investors who are interested in Fort Washington Advisors’ small-cap growth fund.


Western & Southern Financial GroupInformation Services (6 months)
Examined the current assessment phase of the new product development process and offered a list of recommendations to increase product speed to market by four weeks.
Worked with technical services and other stakeholders to identify the items in the Test Process Improvement Project to save the most time and resources.
Analyzed the current use of a generic product chassis, within Western & Southern Financial Group and in the industry, to develop and recommend a strategic roadmap to achieve faster speed to market.
