Managed the assessment for the use of a click-to-sign electronic signature for life insurance and annuity business. Analyzed different legislations and court cases to assess the legal implications of the use of an electronic signature. Worked closely with vendors and business units to assess the market and operational implications of an electronic signature.
Managed the assessment for the use on an electronic application for sales of life insurance and annuities. Analyzed the sales processes and market need of all life insurance and annuity businesses of the Western & Southern in order to identify potential synergies in the need for an electronic application. Conducted marketing research and process analysis for Columbus Life and Lafayette life; performed Cost/Benefits analysis between the two in order to assess the potential for the two companies using the same system.
