Assistant Vice President, CRC Sales Development
Provide daily management and strategic direction for a sales distribution program that leverages the joint functionality of field and home office sales representatives. Responsible for all aspects of this program including direct staff management, sales strategy development and execution, and expense control.
Responsible for the development and implementation of enhanced marketing strategies for our call center sales distribution.
Serve as Program Manager for the design and implementation of a new compensation plan for W&S Agency Group’s field sales force.



W&S Agency Group (10 months)
Lead the deployment of a sales distribution strategy to leverage joint functionality of field and home office sales representatives. Responsible for all aspects of this deployment, including program management and expansion, staff management, sales strategy development and execution, and expense control.
Lead the development of a retirement market strategy; work within The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company and across other management teams within Western & Southern Financial Group to refine strategies and share best practices.
Served as Project Manager for a consultancy engagement to evaluate W&S Agency Group's distribution model and compensation structure. Responsible for all aspects of project coordination and delivery with ultimate accountability to a Steering Committee that included the CEO.


Lifetime Income Solutions Group (3 months)
Worked with Lifetime Income Solutions Group to research further opportunities in the retirement market and develop services and tools that match company offerings with consumer needs.
Participated in the development of a new distribution model to significantly improve the relationship between insurer and customer via a utilization of technology and company expertise.


Western & Southern Financial Group (3 months)
Formed project team with other LDP Associates to evaluate the attractiveness of affinity marketing for Western & Southern Financial Group, explore partnerships with local professional associations, and assess potential joint ventures to deliver financial products to special interest groups. The project team made strategic and tactical recommendations to pursue these opportunities and is currently developing a formal business plan to identify viable affinity partners, propose an appropriate organizational design, and specify the necessary resources to commence implementation.


Western & Southern Financial Group
PROSPER (Process Redesign for Organizational Speed, Profit, and Expense Reduction)
(2 months)
Led the development of a business case for the implementation of a Sales and Service Integration initiative for The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company; worked on cross-functional team to develop a strategic deployment recommendation which, ultimately, resulted in an approved initiative for 2007.


Columbus Life Insurance Company (9 months)
Initiated and conducted research into the needs and wants of affluent consumers as they transitioned from late-stage asset accumulation into their retirement years. Subsequent to this research, assisted in the creation and development of a Retirement Income Management Model designed to assist affluent preretirees and early retirees to maximize retirement distributions while minimizing capital losses.
Led the implementation of a producer-focused Client-Building Program pilot designed to package practice management techniques, leads generation tools, and marketing materials into a coordinated process. Throughout this process, assumed responsibility for negotiating and determining contract terms, maintaining vendor relationships, creating and conducting home office and field training, and executing an effective pilot program.


IFS Financial Services, Inc. (9 months)
Assisted in the planning and execution of the Integrity Life Insurance Company integration with Western & Southern Financial Group and IFS Financial Services, Inc. Worked specifically with the IFS Finance and Accounting Department to ensure that Integrity Financial Reporting and Commissions Processing capabilities were transitioned accurately and completely.
Led the financial planning process for the Integrity Life Insurance Company, concurrent with its integration with IFS Financial Services, Inc. Worked throughout the process to develop a new financial reporting structure to enable the profitability analysis at the distribution channel level, along with the development of enhanced Scorecard Reporting capabilities.



Eagle Realty Group, LLC (3 months)
Assisted Eagle Realty Group President and department heads in strategic business planning. Performed quantitative and qualitative analyses in order to determine optimal future positioning of Eagle Realty Group.
Conducted research on potential real estate investment products offered by investment advisory firms with the goal of recommending products that Eagle Realty Group can offer to third-party investors.
