Aided management in the development of a prospect/lead generation program to incrementally increases sales. Produced a cost/benefit analysis on phase I of the project; developed and implemented a lead classification system for prospects/leads to field sales representatives.
Designed a standard process for the Client Relationship Center (CRC) service team to deliver leads to field agents using a leads management tool.
