About the Recruiting Process

Western & Southern Financial Group actively recruits MBA candidates for both Leadership Development Associate and Internship positions during the fall and winter of each academic calendar year at a select number of top-rated graduate business schools.

The Leadership Development recruiting process begins with an on-campus roundtable discussion, career fair, forum, or presentation given by Western & Southern Financial Group Recruiters and members of our Leadership Development team. Following these events, on-campus interviewing takes place in September and October during the fall semester for full-time placements, and in January for internship recruiting.
