Western & Southern Financial Group actively recruits MBA candidates for both LDP Associate and Internship positions during the fall and spring of each academic calendar year at a select number of top-ranking graduate business schools. The LDP recruiting process begins with an on-campus roundtable discussion, career fair, forum, or presentation given by Western & Southern Financial Group Recruiters. Following these events, on-campus interviewing takes place in October and November during the fall semester for full-time placements and in January for internship recruiting.
