One of the extraordinary features of Western & Southern Financial Group’s Leadership Development Program is our senior management mentoring, which offers LDP Interns and Associates a rich learning experience through interpersonal relationships with C-Suite executive officers. Regularly scheduled meetings with your mentor provide ongoing one-on-one interaction with senior management. When you are faced with a challenge or new opportunity within the Leadership Development Program, your mentor serves as a valuable resource to assist your decision process.
As an LDP Intern, you report to the senior officer who heads your assigned unit. This individual also serves as your coach and mentor. During the course of your summer internship, you also meet with other business unit heads throughout the organization.
As an LDP Associate, you report directly to the head of your operation or subsidiary for each of your rotational assignments. A member of senior management is selected as your coach/mentor, who serves as your professional advocate throughout the program.
