  • Initiated implementation of the business plan which included sections on marketing, investment process and strategy, business development, relationship management, financial, group structure and business strategy

Eagle Realty Group, LLC

  • Developed an approach for identifying companies to target for relocation or expansion to Cincinnati, based on key drivers of relocation
  • Completed a white paper on economic development covering the developed approach for target company identification, results of implementing the approach on a specific high-cost city, as well as economic development research findings and recommendations for the Greater Cincinnati Metropolitan Area
  • Assisted in the underwriting of mortgage loans including deal screening, tenant credit analysis, application drafting, lease reviews, visits to facilities associated with potential deals, and client calls
  • Led a project team in the design of an online screening and prioritization tool for the Mortgage Loan Department to help manage mortgage loan deal flow and improve customer service

  • Evaluated the product development process at Columbus Life and presented recommendations for ways to significantly increase the speed to market and competitiveness of new product offerings
  • Evaluated alternative fulfillment and straight through processing solutions for use within Columbus Life and the distribution channel
  • Worked with Marketing Research Group to oversee and develop an ongoing producer and end-consumer marketing research initiative that derives trends and needs that could impact product development efforts in current, new, niche, or specialty markets
