Eagle Realty Group Hires Bucco; Promotes Strehler

CINCINNATI – Jan. 22, 2010 – Eagle Realty Group, the real estate investment and property management company of Western & Southern Financial Group, has hired Cynthia K. Bucco as assistant vice president and director of facilities management.

Bucco brings to Eagle Realty Group a broad background in real estate and property management, including experience in management of corporate real estate for Fifth Third Bank and as a consultant with both Property Advisors Corporation and Deloitte. Additionally, she served as general manager at several office buildings for Jones Lang LaSalle in Cincinnati and Washington D.C.

Bucco earned both her B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting and her M.B.A. in Finance at the University of Cincinnati, and her Masters Certificate in Project Management at The George Washington University. Eagle Realty Group also announced the promotion of Ashley Strehler to the position of assistant vice president and director of commercial property management.

Strehler joined the company as director of real estate services in January 2007, overseeing the real estate activities of Western & Southern’s core business units across the U.S. In early 2009, assumed responsibility for management and operation activities for Great American Tower at Queen City Square as part of her new position.

Strehler has more than 15 years of experience in managing commercial properties, including high-rise buildings. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, she held the position of senior property manager at Transwestern Commercial Services, where she managed the daily operations of various commercial properties. Additional experience also includes positions at Divine, Inc.; TrizeHahan Office Properties; and John Buck Company.

She attended Southwestern Texas State University, majoring in business and interior design.
