CINCINNATI (June 20, 2019) – Touchstone Investments announced that, after careful consideration, the Board of Trustees of the Touchstone Funds approved several proposals at its May 16, 2019 meeting.
- Touchstone Sustainability and Impact Equity Fund Name Change. The Fund will be renamed the Touchstone Global ESG Equity Fund on or about July 29, 2019. There will be no changes to the investment strategies of the Fund and the current investment process of the Fund’s sub-advisor, Rockefeller & Co. LLC (“Rockefeller”), will remain the same.
- Touchstone Premium Yield Equity Fund Change in Name, Sub-Advisor and Investment Strategy. The Fund’s name will be changed to the Touchstone International ESG Fund on or about August 23, 2019. Concurrent with this change, Rockefeller will be appointed sub-advisor to the Fund and the Fund's investment goal and principal investment strategy will be changed. The Touchstone International ESG Fund will seek long-term growth of capital by primarily investing in equity securities of non-U.S. companies that meet certain financial and environmental, social and governance criteria.
- Proposed Reorganization of the Touchstone Credit Opportunities Fund. The Fund will be reorganized into the Touchstone Credit Opportunities II Fund pending shareholder approval, based upon the recommendation that the reorganization was advisable to provide potential efficiencies and economies of scale. Each Fund has the same investment goal: seeking absolute total return, primarily from income and capital appreciation. Each Fund is sub-advised by Ares Capital Management II, LLC. The reorganization is expected to be completed on or about August 23, 2019.
- Reduction in Advisory Fee and Expense Limitations. Expenses for Touchstone Small Cap Fund, Touchstone Mid Cap Fund and Touchstone Large Cap Fund, each sub-advised by The London Company, are reduced effective June 1, 2019.
