Senior Vice President & Enterprise Chief Marketing Officer

Jill T. McGruder serves as senior vice president and enterprise chief marketing officer, Western & Southern Financial Group. She was named enterprise chief marketing officer in 2016, and has responsibility for all life insurance subsidiaries, Touchstone Investments and W&S Financial Group Distributors.

McGruder joined the company in 1991 to launch its retirement and mutual fund businesses.

• She holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 registrations, a bachelor’s degree from Capital University and a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School.
• She is secretary of the University of Cincinnati board of trustees, and board chair of the Taft Museum of Art.
• She is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute, a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant.
