Financial Management Team

Our financial management team oversees accounting, reporting, control systems and portfolio performance analysis.

Scott Dinius, Vice President & Controller

Scott Dinius is Vice President and Controller for Eagle Realty Group. Scott is responsible for oversight of portfolio performance analysis, investment management revenue administration and other product management functions.

Scott began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 1999 as a Property Accountant. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Scott held various real estate accounting and asset management roles with real estate management companies, as well as Lincoln National Corporation in Fort Wayne. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Indiana University.

Tommy Lukey, Director, Portfolio Accounting

Tommy Lukey is the Director, Portfolio Accounting, for Eagle Realty Group. Tommy and his team are responsible for real estate investment reporting for Eagle’s debt and equity portfolios.

Tommy joined Eagle in 2017. Prior to joining Eagle, Tommy was a supervisor at Flagel Huber Flagel, in the tax and auditing areas for commercial real estate, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.

Tommy holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, and is a certified public accountant.
