Important Notice to Indiana Policyholders Affected by Natural Disaster
If you have been affected by the recent storms and flooding, we recognize that you may experience delays, disruption of mail delivery or displacement from your residence. If you live in Benton, Carroll, Clark, Crawford, Dearborn, Elkhart, Floyd, Fulton, Harrison, Jasper, Jefferson, Lake, Marshall, Ohio, Perry, Pulaski, Spencer, St. Joseph, Stark, Switzerland, Warrick, or White county, we want to help you keep your life insurance.

We have made provisions for you to keep your policy, which will remain in effect retroactively from March 2 – May 2, 2018. If you need assistance with your policy, please contact your financial representative or our Client Relationship Center at 866-975-4331.

If you live in Adams, Athens, Belmont, Brown, Clermont, Columbiana, Gallia, Hamilton, Hocking, Jackson, Jefferson, Lawrence, Meigs, Monroe, Muskingum, Scioto, or Washington County, we may be able to help you keep your life insurance.

If you need assistance with your policy, please contact your financial representative or our Client Relationship Center at 866-975-4331. We will review your situation and determine if a lapse free can be placed on your policy until May 24, 2018.
