Vice President, Agency Operations
Valerie A. Holmes is the Vice President of Agency Operations. She is responsible for overseeing the implementation of our technology strategy, leading the operations and support team, driving the field office footprint across the United States, and delivering on the Agency strategic project portfolio. Valerie is also actively involved with a variety of Enterprise level strategic endeavors.
Valerie joined Western & Southern in 2000. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Northern Kentucky University and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mount Saint Joseph University. She holds a life and health insurance license in Ohio and FINRA registrations 6 and 63.
