Construction Management Team

Our construction management team is responsible for due diligence and construction monitoring and oversight of Eagle’s joint venture developments, mortgage loan inspections and company-owned asset maintenance and renovation.

Todd Etter, Senior Vice President, Wholly-owned Assets & Real Estate Development

Todd Etter is Senior Vice President, Wholly-owned Assets & Real Estate Development for Eagle Realty Group. Todd is responsible Eagle Realty Group’s Construction Management, Strategic Investments, wholly-owned assets and real estate development projects on behalf of Western & Southern.

Todd began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2013 as an Asset Manager. Todd has over 30 years of real estate experience in multi-family, retail, office and environmental. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Todd worked as Director of Acquisitions for Lite Solar Corporation, a real estate energy development company.

Todd is a member of the UCREAC Board and sits on a local zoning board. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

Jeffrey Garr, Assistant Vice President, Construction Management

Jeffrey Garr is an Assistant Vice President, Construction Management for Eagle Realty Group. Jeff is responsible for the design and management of approved large facility, construction and renovation projects for client-occupied properties, investment properties and joint-venture properties.

Jeff began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2009, during the construction of Queen City Square. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Jeff was Project Manager for Dick Corporation in Blue Ash, Ohio, and a Project Engineer for Hunt Construction Group, Inc., in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.

Patrick Merten, Senior Project Manager

Patrick Merten is Senior Project Manager for Eagle Realty Group. Patrick is responsible for managing construction and renovation for major construction projects and capital improvements for client-occupied properties, investment properties, joint-venture properties and managing construction draws for joint venture properties and mortgage loans.

Patrick began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2017. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Patrick was Real Estate Development Director with J-II Homes, Inc. in Fairfield, Ohio.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning degree from the College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning from the University of Cincinnati, Master of City and Regional Planning, from The Ohio State University, Knowlton School of Architecture, emphasis on real estate development and Master of Science degree from The Ohio State University, School of Natural Resources, emphasis on information technology and environmental policy.
