Our Team

Our team is comprised of more than 60 associates with extensive knowledge and capabilities led by our president and community leader, Paul Silva.

Paul Silva, President

Paul Silva is President of Eagle Realty Group. Paul is responsible for the management and oversight of all debt, equity and strategic investments, as well as Construction Management.

Paul began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2020 as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Debt Investments.

Prior to joining Eagle Paul spent 10 years at First Financial Bank as President of Commercial Real Estate & Healthcare banking. Paul was President of Merchants Bank and Trust and also held various leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank and Key Bank.

Paul currently serves on the University of Cincinnati’s Board of Executive Advisors in Real Estate (BEARE) and he is an Executive Committee member of the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Mount Saint Joseph University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University.
