Asset Management Team

Our asset management team oversees the operational, financial, and strategic performance of Eagle’s real estate investments throughout the hold period, working closely with partners and operators to maximize value, manage risk, and execute business plans.

Andrew St. Clair, Vice President, Asset Management

Andrew St. Clair leads Eagle Realty Group’s Asset Management Department. Andrew is responsible for monitoring and oversight of all equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets.

Andrew began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2002 as Assistant Vice President and Director of Asset Management. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Andrew was Vice President of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, where he was an Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager serving institutional real estate investors.

Andrew is a past president of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky chapter of NAIOP and currently serves on the board of that organization. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Ohio.

Dan Baranowski, Assistant Vice President

Dan Baranowski is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets.

Dan began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2016. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Dan was Vice President of Asset Management at Meridian Realty Investments in Louisville, Kentucky. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Economics from the University of Illinois and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University.

Michael Murrell, Assistant Vice President

Michael Murrell is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets.

Michael joined Eagle Realty Group as an Asset Manager in 2019. Michael is a former US Naval officer and instructor with more than 18 years of global real estate investment and management experience. Michael was most recently a Senior Portfolio Manager with Related Companies in New York.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategic Marketing from the University of Minnesota, Curtis L. Carlson School of Management. He also participated in the “Business Fundamentals in Central and Eastern Europe” international study program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Vienna, Austria.

Dave Rubsam, Assistant Vice President

Dave Rubsam is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets, as well as hospitality investments.

Dave began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 1998 as an Asset Manager. From 1996-1998, Dave worked for Eagle’s parent company, Western & Southern Financial Group, as a Management Trainee. Prior to joining Western & Southern Financial Group, Dave held various accounting/financial reporting positions with Fifth Third Bank. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Brett Woods, Assistant Vice President

Brett Woods is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets, with a focus on hospitality investments.

Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group in 2023, Brett held various hotel management positions with Pyramid Hotel Group and Pyramid Global Hospitality and was most recently Area Managing Director/General Manager of The Lytle Park Hotel in Cincinnati. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management/Lodging from Purdue University.

Jenny Oh, Asset Manager

Jenny Oh is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets, as well as fund investments.

Jenny joined Eagle Realty Group as an Investment Analyst in 2018. Earlier in her career, Jenny was an Associate in the Global Asset Management department of TH Real Estate, an affiliate of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Associates, in New York.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Baruch College, City University of New York, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Dennis (Charlie) Fox, Asset Manager

Charlie Fox is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets.

Charlie joined Eagle Realty Group as an intern in 2019 and became an Investment Analyst in 2020 and an Asset Manager in 2023.

Charlie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
