Charlie Thomas, Senior Vice President, Real Estate Equity Investments

Charlie Thomas is Senior Vice President, Real Estate Equity Investments. Charlie is responsible Eagle Realty Group’s Structured Equity Investments and Asset Management.

Charlie joined Eagle Realty Group in 1990 as Assistant Development Manager, Real Estate Development. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Charlie was a Development Manager with Linclay Corporation, Assistant Vice President with Washington Square Mortgage and a Construction Officer with The Central Trust Company.

Charlie is a member of the Urban Land Institute and participates in National Multi-Family Housing Council meetings on behalf of Eagle Realty Group. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Xavier University.

Rob Alpern, Vice President & Director, Strategic Investments

Rob Alpern is Vice President & Director, Strategic Investments for Eagle Realty Group. Rob is responsible for strategic regional development projects and investments on behalf of Western & Southern Financial Group. Rob began his career with the parent company, Western & Southern Financial Group, in 1993 as a Management Trainee. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Rob was a Real Estate Investment Analyst for Morgan Stanley in Washington, D.C. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin, Graduate School of Business.

Andrew R. St. Clair, Vice President, Asset Management

Andrew R. St. Clair is Vice President, Asset Management for Eagle Realty Group. Andrew is responsible for monitoring and oversight of all equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets.

Andrew began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2002 as Assistant Vice President and Director of Asset Management. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Andrew was Vice President of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, where he was an Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager serving institutional real estate investors.

Andrew is a member of NAIOP and is President elect of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky chapter of that organization. Andrew is also active in Downtown Cincinnati, Incorporated, serving on its Board of Directors and chairing its Clean, Safe, and Beautiful Committee. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Georgia, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Ohio.

Dan Baranowski, Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

Dan Baranowski is Assistant Vice President, Asset Management for Eagle Realty Group. Dan is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets.

Dan began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2016. Prior to joining Eagle Realty Group, Dan was Vice President of Asset Management at Meridian Realty Investments in Louisville, Kentucky. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Economics from the University of Illinois and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University.

Michael Murrell, Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

Michael Murrell is Assistant Vice President, Asset Management, for Eagle Realty Group. Michael is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets.

Michael joined Eagle Realty Group as an Asset Manager in 2019. Michael is a former US Naval officer and instructor with more than 18 years of global real estate investment and management experience. Michael was most recently a Senior Portfolio Manager with Related Companies in New York.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategic Marketing from the University of Minnesota, Curtis L. Carlson School of Management. He also participated in the “Business Fundamentals in Central and Eastern Europe” international study program at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Vienna, Austria.

Dave Rubsam, Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

Dave Rubsam is Assistant Vice President, Asset Management for Eagle Realty Group. Dave is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets, as well as Hospitality investments.

Dave began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 1998 as an Asset Manager. From 1996-1998, Dave worked for the parent company, Western & Southern Financial Group, as a Management Trainee. Prior to joining Western & Southern Financial Group, Dave held various accounting/financial reporting positions with Fifth Third Bank. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

Brett Woods, Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

Brett Woods is Assistant Vice President, Asset Management for Eagle Realty Group. Brett is responsible for managing equity investments, including both development and stabilized assets, as well as Hospitality investments.

Brett began his career with Eagle Realty Group in 2023. Prior to joining Western & Southern Financial Group, Brett held various hotel management positions with Pyramid Hotel Group and Pyramid Global Hospitality and was most recently Area Managing Director/General Manager of The Lytle Park Hotel in Cincinnati. Brett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management/Lodging from Purdue University.

Scott Pearson, Vice President, Structured Equity Investments

Scott Pearson is Vice President, Structured Equity Investments, for Eagle Realty Group. Scott and his team are responsible for seeking new joint venture real estate development opportunities, underwriting valuations, executing due diligence and negotiating joint venture and other related agreements.

Scott joined Eagle Realty Group as an Investment Associate in 2018. Prior to joining Eagle, Scott was a Real Estate Analyst with the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio).

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stetson University and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from The Ohio State University. Scott also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Chad Gagnon is Assistant Vice President, Structured Equity Investments, for Eagle Realty Group, Chad is responsible for seeking new joint venture real estate development opportunities, underwriting valuations, executing due diligence and negotiating joint venture and other related agreements.

Chad joined Eagle Realty Group in 2016 as an Investment Analyst. Prior to joining Eagle, Chad was a Financial Analyst with Messer Construction Company.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.

Zach joined Eagle Realty Group in 2016 as an Investment Analyst.

Jake Luebbe is an Investment Associate, Structured Equity Investments, for Eagle Realty Group. Jake is responsible for seeking new joint venture real estate development opportunities, underwriting valuations, executing due diligence and negotiating joint venture and other related agreements.

Jake joined Eagle Realty Group in 2019 as an Investment Analyst.

Jake earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Cincinnati, Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
