Equity Investments

Our current equity portfolio consists of over 86 assets in 32 major markets, with a total market value of approximately $1.8 billion with an average investment of $22 million. Property types include apartments, senior housing, office, hospitality, industrial, retail, land, and real estate funds in 21 states with 25 partners/sponsors.

 Mortgage Loan Investments

We manage an $8.1 billion portfolio in 44 major markets, with over 320 loans and average loan size of $24 million. Property types include apartments, senior housing, mobile homes, office, medical, retail, industrial, warehouse and hospitality-hotel properties in 34 states.

Queen City Square

As one of Eagle Realty Group’s local development projects, Queen City Square is Cincinnati’s tallest building – the crowning jewel of the downtown skyline, a landmark along the Ohio River and a major contributor to Cincinnati’s efforts to become a true world-class city.  The impact is invaluable.  The University of Cincinnati’s Economics Center for Education and Research estimates that Queen City Square generates an annual economic impact of $1.66 billion on the region.
