SPDA Series II, a single premium deferred annuity (SPDA), provides a simple way to pursue retirement goals free of market risk. Guaranteeing 100% of principal plus a fixed rate of return for one, three, five or seven years, SPDA Series II offers tax deferral, a minimum rate guarantee, a guaranteed death benefit, flexible withdrawal privileges and the absence of a Market Value Adjustment.

Payment of benefits under an annuity contract is the obligation of, and is guaranteed by, the insurance company issuing the annuity. Guarantees are based on the claims-paying ability of the insurer.
