Touchstone has upgraded its online access to provide you with streamlined navigation and new capabilities across all your desktop and mobile devices. With new, easy to use tools at your fingertips, and enhanced fraud protection, It provides everything you need to manage your accounts in real-time.

View real-time account balances and transaction history
Receive e-delivery of statements and tax forms
Improved navigation with “Quick Links” to most commonly used functions
Quickly and securely log-in, self-service options for password resets
Buy, sell or make exchanges into new or existing accounts
Create and manage automatic investment and systematic withdrawal plans
Update personal and beneficiary information
Enroll in SMS text alerts for online activity to keep your account secure

What You Need To Know

The quick and easy sign-up process, secure login and forgot password capabilities simplify your account access.

If you already have a user ID and password for our existing site, you can use those credentials to log into the new portal.
If you do not have a user ID and password, click on Get Online Access. For this first time access, you will need to provide your account number, Social Security number (SSN) and email address to get started. You will be prompted to create a user ID and password, and to sign up for the Forgot Password service.
You can enroll in e-delivery, choosing to receive your statements, tax forms and other financial documents electronically. When the documents are available, you’ll receive an email notification, so you can view and download them.
Your security is important. By enrolling in SMS text alerts you can receive text alerts when there has been online activity in your accounts. Access can be customized to alert for one or more of the following: financial transactions, account maintenance and profile changes.
