Career

Michael Glaser is Director of Alternative Credit. He is responsible for researching, evaluating, and monitoring alternative credit investments. 

Prior to joining Fort Washington in 2026, Glaser spent eight years with U.S. Bank, where he held positions of increasing responsibility within the organization. Most recently, he served as an assistant vice president and institutional client group portfolio manager, managing a portfolio of middle market and large corporate clients and underwriting and structuring a range of corporate credit solutions.
