Career
Josh Sillies serves as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Wealth Planner in the Private Client Group focusing on the planning needs of high net worth individuals and families.
He joined Fort Washington in 2010 as an Investment Associate and transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst in 2012. Sillies was promoted to an Associate Wealth Planner in the Private Client Group in 2016, advanced to Wealth Planner in 2019, and to Assistant Vice President and Wealth Planner in 2023. He was promoted to his current role in 2026.
Education & Designation
Sillies earned a BS in Finance and Technology Management from Indiana University. He worked at Great American Financial, Performance Autoplex, and Skipjack Financial while earning his degree. Sillies holds his Ohio Insurance License and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Sillies volunteers with the Susan Sargen Student Enterprise Program (StEP) at North College Hill Elementary.
