Career
Damian Hyams is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Equity Research Manager covering the Consumer Discretionary and Consumer Staples sectors for the Dividend Equity, Focused Equity and Large Cap Focused Equity strategies.
Hyams joined the firm in 2023. Prior to Fort Washington, he served as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at TIAA Asset Management in Charlotte where he covered Consumer Discretionary and Consumer Staples for 13 years. Prior to that, he was an Equity Research Associate at Bank of America Securities and Wachovia Securities. Earlier in his career, he was with Wilshire Associates.
