We are sorry to inform you that due to scheduling conflicts, we need to postpone the Musketeer Meet & Greet. We are actively working with Xavier on new dates and will inform everyone once a new date and time is set. Thank you for your understanding.
Given the company’s close relationship with Xavier and with so many associates who are active alumni, we have invited the President and the Dean of the Williams College of Business to participate in a meet and greet and program to talk about their vision for Xavier University. This is a great opportunity for alumni to hear directly from Xavier leadership.
Colleen M. Hanycz, Ph.D., was appointed the 35th President of Xavier University on July 1, 2021, the first layperson and first woman President since Xavier's founding in 1831. Throughout her career as an attorney, professor, and administrator, Dr. Hanycz has been an active proponent of Catholic education as a means to advance the common good, and to celebrate the dignity of each person. Prior to her Xavier appointment, Dr. Hanycz served presidential terms at both La Salle University in Philadelphia (2015-2021) and Brescia University College in London, Canada (2008-2015).
Marco Pagani, Ph.D., was appointed as the dean of Xavier's Williams College of Business in May 2023. He holds a doctorate in finance from Georgia State University, a master’s degree in finance from École d’Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal, Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Université Lumière Lyon II in Lyon, France. Dr. Pagani was previously the interim dean of the Lucas College and Graduate School of Business at San José State University, where he joined in 2006. While there, he oversaw its MBA programs, serving as the founding director of the Center for Banking and Financial Services, and successfully led the business college’s efforts to receive re-accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business in August 2021. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of corporate finance, capital markets and institutions, investments, and derivative securities.
