Career
Brian Cloutier is Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager for the Emerging Markets Debt team.
Cloutier joined the firm in 2015 as a Credit Analyst and was promoted to Senior Credit Analyst in 2018. He later advanced to Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Credit Analyst, and was promoted to his current role in 2026.
Cloutier has more than 20 years of investment analysis experience. Prior to joining Fort Washington, he worked at Fidelity Investments as a Research Operations Analyst specializing in quantitative research across the equity and high yield asset classes.
Education & Designation
Cloutier received a BS in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
