Western & Southern Financial Group announced that Christopher D. Shipley will succeed James J. Vance as senior vice president and co-chief investment officer of Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Western & Southern, effective immediately. 

The American Opportunity Index (AOI) conducted an independent review of Fortune 500 companies and how they help employees grow their careers. Of the 396 ranked companies, Western & Southern was No. 29.
