Ty Hogan joined the firm in 2016 as a Portfolio Manager and was promoted to Private Client Group Investment Manager in 2019.
Prior to joining Fort Washington, Hogan served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. He deployed to six countries as an Intelligence Officer and Special-Operation’s Reconnaissance Platoon Commander, leading over 120 Marines. Prior to joining the Marine Corps, he worked for Banc of America Securities in New York as an Analyst and Equity Trader then at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (NY) as an Associate and Institutional ETF Trader.
Education & Designations
Hogan has a Masters in Economics and a BS in Business Administration from Fordham University, where he lettered in football all four years. He has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. Additionally, he received the Danowski Award for outstanding leadership in 2006.
