Career
Dan Carter is Managing Director, Senior Portfolio Manager for Multi-Strategy, Multi-Sector Fixed Income, and Emerging Markets Debt Fixed Income strategies. He is responsible for the overall portfolio construction and management of client portfolios and serves as an asset specialist for U.S. Government sectors and interest rates. Carter also shares responsibility for the firm’s asset allocation and macro positioning.
Carter joined the firm in 2000 and has more than 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Fort Washington, Carter was an analyst focusing on fixed income with the Ohio Casualty Group and Provident Financial Group.
Education & Designation
Carter received a BS in Business (Finance and Accounting) from Miami University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
