Western & Southern Life's Staff Managers and Agency Managers wear many different hats in their daily job responsibilities. While Staff Managers lead a specific team of Financial Representatives, an Agency Manager trains and develops their Staff Managers as well as manages their entire Agency.
Our Staff Managers support our middle-market customers by building and managing a savvy team of financial services professionals. As a Staff Manager, you coach and motivate your team of Financial Representatives, assuming ultimate accountability for the achievement of established sales goals.
Our Agency Managers, in turn, provide leadership and guidance to our Staff Managers. As an Agency Manager, you develop and coach Staff Managers to ensure their current and future success in the organization. In addition, you serve as the face of Western & Southern Life in your community, continually networking to identify prospective clients and employees.
As a Staff or Agency Manager, you also:
