While Staff Managers take charge of leading a specific team of Financial Representatives, Agency Managers are responsible for training and developing their Staff Managers as well as managing their entire Agencies.
Our Staff Managers support our middle-market customers by building and managing a savvy team of financial services professionals. As a Staff Manager, you coach and motivate your team of Financial Representatives, assuming ultimate accountability for the achievement of established sales goals.
Our Agency Managers, in turn, provide leadership and guidance to our Staff Managers. As an Agency Manager, you develop and coach Staff Managers to ensure their current and future success in the organization. In addition, you serve as the face of Western & Southern Life in your community, continually networking to identify prospective clients and employees.
