  • Offer — If we both determine our career opportunity is a good match for you, an offer is made and a start date is set.
  • Background Check & Employment Verification — A prerequisite to being hired, all candidates must successfully pass a background and employment verification check.
  • Day One — Start your career journey with Western & Southern Life!  Licensing must be complete before start date.
