Full-Time LDP Track

Leadership Development Program (LDP) associates complete 4-6 rotations over the three-year program, gaining strategic insights into Western & Southern’s key business units.

Rotations typically include growing a knowledge-base in investments, marketing, financial analysis, due diligence and strategic planning. Each assignment gives you ownership of high-impact, cutting edge projects.

  • Intentionally small program in order to allow considerable time and close engagement with senior leaders.
  • Direct reporting to a senior officer in your assigned business unit.
  • A dedicated mentor from our senior leadership team as your advocate, guiding your development throughout the program.

LDP Internship Track

Our LDP internships offer a realistic preview of life as a full-time LDP associate at Western & Southern. Over 10-12 weeks during the summer, between your first and second MBA program years, you’ll work on high-impact projects similar to those of LDP associates.

As you intern, you will:

  • Report to a senior officer in your assigned area.
  • Meet with business leaders across the company.
  • Focus on strategic business deliverables and presenting your work to senior management.
