Fort Washington Expands Small Company Equity Team

Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. has named Lenny A. Valvano, CFA, equity research analyst on its Small Company Equity team.

In his position, Valvano will cover the healthcare and financials sectors for the Small Company Equity strategy. He will report to Jason V. Ronovech, CFA, vice president and senior portfolio manager. Valvano will be based at the firm’s Albany, NY, office.  

“Lenny is an excellent addition to the team and will bring tremendous value to Fort Washington and our clients,” said Maribeth Rahe, president and chief executive officer of Fort Washington. “We look forward to what we expect will be many contributions to our Small Company Equity strategy.”

Valvano brings five years of industry experience to Fort Washington. Most recently, he worked as an equity research analyst at Paradigm Capital Management in Albany, NY. 

A CFA charterholder, Valvano earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Siena College.
